Where capacity is added, it is made available to subsequent Utilization, Quality and Accounting management.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Lifecycle management provides support for both Operational and Strategy, Infrastructure and Product wings of eTOM<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Five specialist resource development and management applications are proposed here.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p><ul><li>Strategic Planning</li><br/></p><p><li>Planning Design Automation</li><br/></p><p><li>Tactical Planning</li><br/></p><p><li>Implementation Planning</li><br/></p><p><li>Job Control and Delivery Management</li><br/></p><p></ul><br/></p><p>These represent distinct, real world planning functions and may consist of sub-functions. They apply to all network engineering for fixed, mobile and cable and IT applications.
