These processes include process and procedure implementation, systems changes and customer documentation. They also undertake rollout and testing of the service type, capacity management and costing of the service type. Additionally, they handle the withdrawal of services that that enterprise no longer offers to customers. They ensure the ability of the enterprise to deliver service types according to requirements.<br/></p>
